— LIVE COMEDY / MEET THE TALENT
Topical wit. Everyday absurdities.
A point of view worth hearing.
Andy finds comedy in the frustrations of everyday life and the strange business of politics. His direct, conversational delivery gives sharp observations an approachable, human touch.

A familiar face from Mock the Week, Andy combines topical comedy with an eye for the little things that make daily life ridiculous.
His career began in comedy writing, with work on Weekending, Smith and Jones and Spitting Image. He also developed a long-running partnership with Henry Naylor, including the radio comedy Parsons and Naylor’s Pull-Out Sections.
Alongside a decade as a regular on Mock the Week, his screen appearances include Live at the Apollo and QI. His radio work includes Scrooby Trevithick, while the Slacktivist Action Group podcast brought topical discussion to the Soho Theatre.
Andy’s live work has taken him around the country through a succession of solo tours. His recorded shows include Britain’s Got Idiots, Gruntled and Slacktivist; his special Bafflingly Optimistic followed in 2025. He is also a Time Out Comedy Award winner.
