Then move her to Berlin, where she will try stand up in English to greatly confused German audiences… and you’ve got Helen Bauer.
Helen is a force of nature. Picked up the Best Newcomer Award in 2019 at The Edinburgh Festival, and she really is only just getting started.
She’s charming, gets away with what others can’t because you cannot help but love the woman. That’s a real gift.
